Masters of Cinema - International Festival for independent creators based in Russia Made by Filmmakers for Filmmakers.MOC has a monthly structure with yearly screenings in the capital of Russia Moscow in 'Boulevard' Cinema.Every year we're selecting 50 works that will run in our program and 3 creators that will have the opportunity to join and work with a crew of Russian professional filmmakers.
